Community Experience Surveys


The purpose of Community Experience Surveys is to connect with all our stakeholders: families, students, and staff. To seek out foundational data, analyze and interpret results, and use our findings in collaboration with families, students and staff to design data-driven policies, practices, teacher training, student initiatives, and community engagement.


  • Families 

    • Share your voice through the Family Community Experience Survey (TBA)

    • Encourage your students to use their voice on the Student Survey (Guardian consent required). To grant permission for your student to participate, click ParentVue below to complete electronically or click the Consent Form button to download and print. The Family Survey will be distributed through email. Contact to receive a downloadable survey or submit completed forms. 


  • Students 

    • Share your voice and experiences through the Student Community Experience Survey (TBA) during Round Table. 

    • Guardian consent required to participate


  • Staff

    • Share your voice and experiences through the Staff Community Experience Survey (August 23 - September 9, 2022)
