The purpose of Community Experience Surveys is to connect with all our stakeholders: families, students, and staff. To seek out foundational data, analyze and interpret results, and use our findings in collaboration with families, students and staff to design data-driven policies, practices, teacher training, student initiatives, and community engagement.

Encourage your students to use their voice on the Student Survey (Guardian consent required). To grant permission for your student to participate, click ParentVue below to complete electronically or click the Consent Form button to download and print. The Family Survey will be distributed through email. Contact cpmsdatacollection@nsd.org to receive a downloadable survey or submit completed forms.
